These rarity backgrounds are recreations by BritishBoop of the ones added in the 8.7.0 PTB with the new rarity colours.

They may not match the in-game backgrounds exactly but should be really close.

If you want to share them, please credit NightLight & link to this page which will also include any changes/updates.
